What this is
Via51's scheduled service runs on fixed routes between Syrian cities. Private Bookings is everything else.
You get the same van, the same Premium Economy standard, the same drivers. You decide where it goes, when it leaves, and who's in it. We quote the price, you confirm, and we run the trip exactly as you booked it.
Two ways to book
By the route
Pick your starting point, your destination, and your departure time. We'll quote a flat price for the full van.
The van seats up to 10, but the way you use it depends on how many of you are travelling and how much luggage you have.

By the hour
Book a van and a driver for a few hours or a full day. We come to you, and you decide the route as the day unfolds.
Good for: meetings across the city, events, long shopping days, exploring a city you don't know, anything that needs flexible ground transport.

Tell us what you need
A short request form: where, when, how many passengers, and anything we should know about the trip. Two minutes.

We send you a quote on WhatsApp
Within 2 hours during working hours. The quote is flat and final — no extras at pick-up.
- 03
Confirm, and we run the trip
You confirm on WhatsApp. The van picks you up at the address you give us — your home, your office, an airport, a hotel, wherever you are. Pay the driver in cash on arrival, same as our scheduled service.
What's included on every private trip
You get exactly the Via51 standard we run on scheduled trips:
- A 2025 or newer van, air-conditioned, cleaned before pick-up
- A trained, vetted Via51 driver
- Pick-up anywhere you specify
- WhatsApp updates from booking to arrival
- Customer support on WhatsApp throughout the trip
The only differences from our scheduled service: you choose the route, you choose the time, and the price is quoted to your trip specifically.
Pricing
Every private booking is priced individually based on distance, duration, and time of day. We don't publish a price list because the quote depends on what you actually need.
